In this new role as an Assistant Nurse Manager at Community Regional, you’ll apply the leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside to support a 47-bed combined Surgical Cardiac Progressive Care and Neuroscience unit. Serving patients with complex cardiac surgical and neuro comorbidities — including post-open heart, LVAD, trauma, epilepsy, and spinal injury — you’ll play a critical role in a fast-paced environment that thrives on collaboration and precision. • RN – Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required 

• BLS – Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required 

• Certifications as required for the unit
